The steel supplier and erector feel that this project was the best project they have ever done in terms of coordination, speed, and accuracy of the steel detailing and fit-up. They attributed this to AST’s BIM process, virtual review, and modeling things accurately from the beginning of the process.

AST truly understands the design-build process...working with the contractor and finding efficient and creative solutions. They do a great job managing the design schedule, team interaction, and attention to detail.

This was a very unique project, done on an impossible time frame—and it was a pretty cool experience as well. And as usual, AST hit a homerun for us. Your work, creativity, and speed (and winning personalities) were a huge bonus for us.
